消息称，三星证券已与盈透证券（IBKR） 达成合作，可为海外投资者开通韩股交易通道。受此消息影响，三星证券在韩国交易所收盘大涨 28%。

　　韩联社援引业内消息人士报道，三星证券与盈透证券目前已启动一项新服务的试点运营。该服务依托盈透证券的全球交易平台，破除了传统业务流程壁垒。

　　今年以来，三星证券股价累计涨幅已达 83%。

　　备注：韩国一直在推进境外综合账户制度框架建设，允许海外投资者通过韩国本土券商或资管机构交易韩国股票，无需在韩国证券公司单独开户。
