Quantum Leap Acquisition Prices $200 Million Initial Public Offering

Quantum Leap Acquisition (QLEP) has priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 each, the company said late Thursday.
IPO underwriters have a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 3 million additional units.
Each unit comprises one class A share and one redeemable warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share.
The company expects it units to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange Friday under the ticker symbol QLEPU, while its shares and rights are expected to be traded under the symbols QLEP and QLEPW, respectively.
The IPO is expected to close Monday.
