智通财经APP获悉，据港交所2026年4月30日披露，君绮控股有限公司向港交所提交上市申请书，国泰海通为独家保荐人。招股书显示，按2025年收入计，君绮控股有限公司为中国台湾最大的医美服务品牌之一，同时为中国台湾最大的美容服务平台之一，约占该年度中国台湾美容服务平台行业总市场份额的12.8%。
