　　浦林成山（01809）发布公告，于2026年4月30日，公司间接全资附属公司浦林马来西亚与卖方（青岛软控机电工程有限公司）订立两份采购合约，据此，卖方同意出售且浦林马来西亚同意购买该设备，总代价为人民币8695.8万元。

　　该设备指浦林马来西亚根据采购合约购买供集团于马来西亚的生产基地使用的设备及机器。如公司2025年年度报告所披露，公司已开始在马来西亚建设轮胎生产基地，以发展全球业务营运。根据采购合约及先前采购合约采购设备，标志着落实集团业务发展计划及扩大其于马来西亚海外产能的重要一步。
