Estrella Resources (ASX:ESR) received the final AU$4 million under the second tranche of its listed options underwriting agreement with its counterparty, Million Link (China) Investment, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Estrella will now complete its payment terms to Million Link.
Under the agreement, Million Link underwrote the exercise of a total of 445 million options, equalling AU$8 million before costs.
Its shares fell 3% in recent trading on Monday.
