智通财经APP讯，颖通控股(06883)发布公告，于2026年4月28日，公司接获联交所函件，当中联交所向公司提出了以下复牌指引：(i)对公司上市后不久与三家服务供应商签订的服务协议、与其中一家服务供应商签订的意向书及╱或任何其他类似协议及╱或安排进行适当的独立法证调查，发布调查结果，评估对公司业务运营和财务状况的影响，并采取适当的补救措施;(ii)证明集团管理层及╱或任何对公司管理及营运有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格方面并无合理的监管忧虑，以免为投资者构成风险及损害市场信心;
(iii)委聘独立内部控制顾问进行独立内部控制审查，并证明：已纠正就暂停买卖相关所识别的重大缺陷，且已落实所有必要补救措施;及公司的内部控制就其目的而言属充分及有效，并使公司能在所有重大事项遵守上市规则，包括但不限于财务报告、须予公布及关连交易相关的披露及合规性，以及重大资料的披露;(iv)向市场披露所有重大资料，以供公司股东及其他投资者评估公司状况。
