快科技5月4日消息，2026年春招AI人才市场持续火爆，核心岗位供不应求、薪资居高不下。
华东师范大学春季新工科专场招聘会上，高性能计算工程师人才供需比仅0.15，相当于1名求职者面临7家公司争抢。
SLAM算法、规控算法岗位供需比分别为0.21、0.23，约4家公司争抢1人。
薪资方面，AI相关岗位普遍高薪，AI科学家/负责人平均月薪达137153元，位居高薪榜首。
算法研究员、大模型算法、AIGC算法工程师等岗位平均月薪普遍在7万元左右，成为春招高薪主力。
报告显示，2026年1—2月新发AI岗位量占新经济整体岗位量的26.23%，较2025年同期的2.29%大幅提升，岗位量同比增长约12倍，增幅远超新经济行业12.77%的整体水平。
细分领域中，新金融科技AI岗位渗透率达13.76%，居行业首位，纯互联网、新能源汽车、通信行业紧随其后。
招聘现场，AI、智能体、机器人相关岗位人气火爆，不少求职者来自汽车、传统工业软件等领域。
有猎头透露，其负责岗位中AI相关占比明显提升，奢侈品与AI岗位比例从原先五五开变为三七开。
