据知情人士消息，意大利一家法院周一驳回了国家信贷机构CDP提出的紧急申请，拒绝阻止米兰证交所首席执行官法布里齐奥·特斯塔的连任。

　　米兰法院裁定，CDP所主张的“紧急干预条件”不成立，因此驳回了其请求。这一裁决为特斯塔获得新的三年任期扫清了关键障碍——米兰证交所股东大会预计将于本周正式批准其连任。

　　CDP持有泛欧交易所运营商Euronext约8.1%的股份，而Euronext是米兰证交所的母公司。CDP此前要求Euronext考虑特斯塔以外的替代候选人，并进行正式的遴选流程，但Euronext方面对此持抵制态度。

　　Euronext首席执行官斯特凡·布雅纳此前曾公开支持特斯塔，称赞自2021年其执掌米兰证交所以来取得了“前所未有的业绩”。

　　值得注意的是，这已是CDP在相关法律战中的第二次受挫。此前阿姆斯特丹法院也驳回了CDP的类似申请。不过，CDP仍在阿姆斯特丹进行另一项独立诉讼，这场围绕米兰证交所治理权的纠纷可能仍将持续。

　　米兰证交所控制着规模高达2.7万亿欧元的意大利政府债券主要交易平台MTS，其领导权问题在意大利具有高度战略敏感性。
