ChainCatcher 消息，据 Fortune 报道，稳定币基础设施初创公司 Rain 目前估值已达 19.5 亿美元，并宣布与支付巨头万事达卡达成合作，将发行信用卡与预付卡，并探索使用稳定币进行支付结算的路径。
此前，Rain 主要依赖 Visa 网络发行卡产品，此次与万事达卡合作意味着其进入“双卡网络”布局阶段，进一步拓展机构级客户市场。Rain 表示，此次合作将重点服务已与单一支付网络深度绑定的大型机构客户，使其能够在不改变既有支付体系的情况下，引入稳定币结算能力。
与此同时，行业层面稳定币应用持续扩展，包括 Stripe、Coinbase 等机构均在推动稳定币支付与结算整合，显示传统金融与加密支付基础设施融合正在加速。分析认为，随着监管框架逐步明确，稳定币正从交易工具加速转向企业支付与跨境结算基础设施。
