智通财经APP讯，华信地产财务(00252)发布公告，于2026年1月7日、2月10日、2月12日、2月25日及3月11日，公司的全资附属公司捷径于公开市场上分别以约590万港元、3390万港元、3410万港元、3410万港元和3420万港元的总收购金额收购美国国库券。
为维持并实现稳定的本金金额收益，并最大限度地利用业务经营所得现金，集团不时购买(其中包括)短期存款及国债，作为其财资管理的一部分。
经计及适用于美国及香港的监管环境、国债的预期回报率及低风险水平，公司预期，与持牌银行或金融机构所提供的短期或长期定期存款相比，集团可自国债产生更稳定及令人满意的回报。
