5月4日消息，港股内房股集体上扬，万科企业涨超12%，世茂集团涨超8%，融创中国涨超7%，融信中国、富力地产涨超5%，旭辉控股集团、雅乐居集团、龙湖集团等涨超4%。
2026年4月28日中央政治局会议明确“努力稳定房地产市场”后，全国楼市迎来新一轮政策密集落地。
在中央定调后，重点城市迅速响应并接连发布楼市新政。4月29日，深圳率先落地新政，定向放宽核心城区限购并上调公积金贷款额度；4月30日，广州、天津、武汉同日发布新政，广州加码“卖旧买新”购房补贴并大幅提高公积金贷款额度，天津鼓励收购存量房并着力满足刚性住房需求，武汉则阶段性实行分区认定首套房以解绑改善置换；5月2日，苏州跟进出台措施，从强化规划统筹引导、加大住房公积金支持力度、全面建设“好房子”等11个方面优化调控政策。
