　　ASMPT（00522）早盘高开逾4%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.92%，现报169.5港元，成交额2744.605万港元。

　　ASMPT公布，拟出售目标公司ASMPT NEXX已发行及发行在外的所有普通股，涉及总购买价为现金1.2亿美元。于交割后，目标公司将不再为公司的附属，其财务业绩不再并入集团之综合财务报表内。

　　近日，建银国际发布研报称，受SEMI和SMT带动，ASMP（00522）2026年第一季订单创下历史新高。盈利表现胜预期。维持“跑赢大市”评级。将目标市账率倍数由原先3倍上调至2026财年预估的4.6倍，并据此将目标价由125港元上调至190港元。

　　报告指，由于销售表现改善及利润率回升势头增强，将2026财年及2027财年经调整净利润预测上调分别39%及10%。由于AP（先进封装）在IC生产中的重要性日益提升、ASMPT在AP设备特别是TCB领域的领先地位，以及公司业务重心逐渐转向后端AP的趋势。
