东莞证券分析认为，PCB领域25Q4业绩出现扰动，但随着新一代计算平台陆续量产，以及未来正交背板、CoWoP等新技术落地，产品技术门槛高、价值量大，供应链业绩有望重上正轨。CCL领域今年有望迎来周期与成长共振，常规品受益于涨价、高端品陆续放量，此外HVLP4铜箔、LowDK二代布及Q布等高端材料也将受益于CCL升规。钻针耗材领域亦将迎来量价齐升机遇，同时大厂前瞻布局金刚石钻针，有望适配搭载Q布的材料。设备领域将持续受益于下游产能扩充。
