近日，有携程员工在求职软件平台爆料称，因为公司被罚款，大住宿部门要裁员20%，其他部门也有不到20%的裁员指标，产研部门更是直接裁员30%。
另有爆料称，酒店业务已确定裁员20％。评论区有携程员工表示，旅游业务前端将裁员20％。
对此，携程公关告诉三言，“上述消息不实，相关谣言帖文已被删除。公司人才盘点是HR的正常工作，不意味着会裁员。”
据了解，2025年携程集团净营业收入为624亿元，同比上升17%。净利润为334亿元，同比暴涨95%。其中，2025年第四季度，携程集团净营业收入为154亿元，同比上升21%，得益于旅游需求的韧性，净利润为43亿元。
2026年1月，市场监管总局根据前期核查，依据《中华人民共和国反垄断法》，对携程集团有限公司涉嫌滥用市场支配地位实施垄断行为立案调查。调查启动后，携程在美股和港股股价分别下跌17%和19%。若调查属实，携程可能面临巨额罚款。
