天眼查App显示，近日，微分智飞（杭州）科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增联想创投旗下安徽省联想强链补链创业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）、河南华映中小企业发展创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）等为股东，同时，注册资本由约165万人民币增至约184万人民币。该公司成立于2024年7月，法定代表人为刘志洋，经营范围包括人工智能行业应用系统集成服务、人工智能硬件销售、人工智能公共数据平台等，现由高飞、杭州光合贰期创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）及上述新增股东等共同持股。公开资料显示，该公司致力于打造全球领先的通用空中机器人平台及集群系统。
