消息面上，受益全球市场对存储芯片需求激增，韩国芯片制造商三星电子、SK海力士股价迎来大幅上涨，盘中涨幅均超过10%，三星电子市值突破1万亿美元大关。受此消息影响，截至5月6日，科创50午前大涨逾8%；与此同时，A股存储芯片概念股掀涨停潮，海光信息盘中20cm涨停，股价续创历史新高，公司总市值突破8200亿元。
工银瑞信基金分析称，从多家半导体设备公司披露的2025年年报与2026年一季报来看，行业整体盈利能力向好，公司利润上涨显著。当前AI正成为产业核心增长引擎。华创证券认为，随着市场逐步对地缘政治冲突脱敏，关注点已经重回基本面和产业逻辑，在政策利好、地缘政治风险缓解、资金回流等因素推动下，市场风险偏好回升带动成交持续回暖，指数有望进一步修复并突破前高。
