北京时间5月3日，国际商标协会（INTA）2026年英国伦敦年会期间，业内领先的商标AI检索分析及管理平台摩知轮发布2026《MOZLEN 500》中国涉外商标代理机构全球榜单。在中国国家知识产权局备案的近4万家商标代理机构中，中国贸促会专商所凭借杰出的国际客户商标代理经验、业务综合实力和国际影响力在中国500家涉外商标代理机构综合排名中位列“TOP10”，被评为“钻石AAA+++”级（最高级别），并在诸多重点国家业务排名中表现突出，获得重点推荐。

中国贸促会专商所是中国历史最悠久的知识产权事务所，也是规模最大的领军知识产权事务所之一。专商所从1957年起就开始办理外国企业到中国申请商标注册业务；上世纪70-80年代，专商所积极推动并参与了中国专利制度的建立。专商所现有专利代理师及商标代理人320余名，100多人具有法律职业资格，可以为国内外客户在专利、商标、著作权和商业秘密等领域提供从申请到诉讼的全链条、一站式知识产权服务。专商所办理的许多重大知识产权案件入选最高人民法院、地方各级人民法院、国家知识产权局等评选的典型案例。
