Cleanaway Waste Management (ASX:CWY) said Chair Philippe Etienne will retire at or around the company's annual general meeting on Oct. 22, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Independent Non-Executive Director Samantha Hogg has been appointed chair-elect and will assume the role of chair following Etienne's retirement, the filing added.
