消息面上，据通信世界网消息，近日，在第九届数字中国建设峰会·智能云生态大会主论坛上，中国电信发布星辰TokenHub运营服务平台。目前，星辰TokenHub运营服务平台已经支撑AI通话、星小辰交互助手、星辰超级智能体TeleClaw桌面版等产品，覆盖个人、家庭、办公、行业全场景，实现“一点接入、全网复用”、“一个入口、畅享服务”的平台能力。
中国电信董事长柯瑞文在大会上致辞时表示，中国电信牢牢把握人工智能发展趋势，抓住机遇、乘势而上，推动企业战略由云改数转向云改数转智惠升级。中国电信通过构建五位一体智能云体系，面向客户提供优质、灵活、便捷的一体化智能服务，同时借助紧密贴近客户的服务队伍，有效衔接算力供给与市场需求。
