Paycom Software Authorizes $2B Share-Repurchase Program

Paycom Software's board approved a new $2 billion stock-repurchase program.
The new buyback plan doesn't have an expiration date, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.
The software company also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 37.5 cents a share, which will be paid on June 8 to stockholders of record as of May 26, it said.
