智通财经APP讯，亚洲电视控股(00707)发布公告，根据原诉传票的判决，被告人董事已自董事会被免职，自2025年8月12日起生效，而仅余本公司两名董事，即查梦玲女士(查女士)及刘敏斌先生(刘先生)作为执行董事留任董事会。
根据由查女士及刘先生组成的董事会于2025年9月4日举行会议时通过的决议案，曹海豪先生(曹先生)、戴磊先生(戴先生)及匡峰先生(匡先生)已获委任为本公司独立非执行董事，自2025年9月4日起生效。
根据判决罢免被告人董事的董事职务后，彼等各自在本公司审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会的职位亦已随之被罢免，自2025年8月12日起生效。
其后，曹先生已提呈辞任本公司独立非执行董事，自2026年3月8日起生效，原因是彼希望投入更多时间于其他个人事务。辞任后，曹先生不再担任本公司审核委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
