证券日报网讯 5月5日，金风科技发布公告称，公司的全资子公司金风国际控股（香港）有限公司（简称“金风国际”）的全资子公司 Goldwind Morocco（SARL）（简称“Goldwind Morocco”）与 Energie Eolienne du Maroc（简称“EEM”）签署了《风机运维服务协议》，由 GoldwindMorocco 为其提供风电机组长期运维服务，并提供风电机组可利用率保证。金风科技与 EEM 签署《母公司担保协议》，为 Goldwind Morocco在上述《风机运维服务协议》项下的履约责任和义务提供担保，担保金额总计不超过 29，445，725 美元（折合人民币约 202，080，121.53 元），担保期限自《母公司担保协议》签署之日起至第七年底为止。本次《母公司担保协议》签署日期为 2026 年 4 月 30 日，签署地点为北京和卡萨布兰卡。
