　　中东冲突扰动有限，集团业绩仍将保持增长

　　每间可售房全球收入同比上升 4.4%

受春节旺季需求旺盛及商务出行回暖提振，洲际酒店集团大中华区客房收入增速加快至 5.7%。

　　洲际酒店集团公布一季度客房收入同比走高，并表示：尽管中东局势冲突带来扰动，但其他区域需求强劲足以对冲负面影响，二季度仍将延续增长态势。

　　这家拥有皇冠假日、假日酒店等品牌的英国酒店集团于周四公布数据：

　　入住率同比提升 1.5%，平均每日房价上涨 2%。

　　酒店业核心指标全球每间可售房收入同比增长 4.4%。

　　美洲区域客房收入增长 3.6%，主要由美国市场拉动。

　　尽管自 2 月底以来中东冲突对当地运营造成明显冲击，但欧洲、中东、亚洲及非洲整体客房收入仍同比上涨 5.6%。

　　大中华区客房收入在上季度恢复增长后，本季增速进一步加快至5.7%，主要受益于春节假期出行热潮，以及商务差旅市场持续回暖。

　　洲际酒店首席执行官埃利・马卢夫表示：

　　“虽然目前尚处年初阶段，但凭借今年以来稳健的经营表现，我们有信心达成市场一致预期的全年营收与利润增长目标。”
