智通财经APP讯，京玖康疗(00648)发布公告，于2026年5月7日，本公司获配售股东通知，其所持有的全部5亿股本公司股份(相当于本公告日期本公司已发行股份的23.3%)已由配售代理以每股配售股份0.11港元的配售价，配售予不少于 6名承配人。就董事经作出一切合理查询后所知、所悉及所信，各承配人及其最终实益拥有人 (如有)均为独立于本公司及其关连人士的第三方，且彼等并无与本公司或其任何关连人士有任何关连或一致行动关系(定义见上市规则及《香港收购及合并守则》);及于完成配售后，概无任何承配人成为本公司的主要股东。
完成配售后，配售股东于本公司的权益由74.4%降至51.0%，仍为本公司的控股股东。
本公司预期配售不会对本公司及其附属公司的业务运作造成任何不利影响。
