博格华纳公司公布了2026年第一季度财报，核心财务指标超出市场预期，同时宣布获得一系列新的业务订单，涵盖其内燃机和电动化动力总成技术组合。受此消息提振，该公司股价在盘中交易中上涨。

　　财报数据显示，公司第一季度GAAP净销售额为35.33亿美元，同比增长约1%，与分析师预期的35.4亿美元基本持平。调整后每股收益为1.24美元，较去年同期的1.11美元增长约12%，显著高于市场预期的1.17美元。当季调整后营业利润为3.72亿美元，同样超出预期的3.61亿美元。

　　博格华纳同期宣布了多项新的业务合作协议，旨在支持其长期的盈利增长。其中包括为一家欧洲主要商用车制造商提供高效率的可变涡轮几何增压器和废气再循环冷却器。此外，公司还获得了与中国、日本及韩国多家OEM相关的电动马达、双离合器和可变凸轮轴正时系统等项目，预计将于2026年至2029年间陆续启动生产。

　　公司同时确认了2026年全年业绩指引，预计全年净销售额在140亿至143亿美元之间，调整后每股收益预计为5.00至5.20美元。
