智通财经APP讯，皇朝家居(01198)发布公告，于2026年5月6日，清远御园(本公司的间接全资附属公司)(作为承租人)与恒诚(本公司控股股东科学城集团的间接附属公司)(作为出租人)订立租赁协议，在租赁协议所载条款及条件的规限下，恒诚同意向清远御园出租该物业，自2026年1月1日起至2028年12月31日止(包括首尾两日)为期3年。
据悉，该物业位于中国广东省清远市英德皇朝大道20号的4号生产厂房，该物业的建筑面积为17,363平方米。
恒诚塬为本集团家俱生产业务的主要生产设施所在地。于恒诚出售事项完成后，为确保本集团的生产经营不会因为股权变更而中断，本集团须就该物业与科学城集团磋商租赁安排。订立租赁协议可为本集团继续利用与恒诚基本相同的生产设施进行家具制造及销售提供法律基础，使本集团无需承担搬迁成本及生产中断的风险，有利于维持本集团日常生产经营的稳定性。
