近日，世界互联网大会会员单位百胜中国发布2025年可持续发展报告。报告显示，2025年，百胜中国实现稳健增长，门店数量、销售额和利润率全面提升，可持续发展方面，围绕“食品、人、环境”三大支柱持续推进。
在食品安全方面，百胜中国依托覆盖“从农田到餐桌”的全链路管理体系，并借助预警系统、AI智能摄像头等数字化工具，持续强化供应链和门店的食品安全与质量控制。2025年，百胜中国旗下各品牌共推出约600款全新或升级产品，更好满足消费者多元化需求。
在以人为本方面，百胜中国通过“RGM Voice”等平台持续倾听一线员工反馈，优化餐厅工作流程，并试点“一站式服务平台”和营运智能体“Q睿”，提升门店管理效率。
在绿色发展方面，2025年百胜中国单店平均用电量同比减少约5%，整体可再生能源使用量同比增加84%，供应商可再生能源使用量同比提升37%。同时，与40多家重点供应商组建“百胜中国价值链绿色低碳联盟”，共同推进减排行动。
百胜中国首席执行官屈翠容表示，面向未来，无论是守护食品安全，赋能公司员工，还是推动价值链减排，百胜中国将不断加固可持续发展与商业成功之间的纽带。（百胜中国供稿）
