ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，纳斯达克总裁 Tal Cohen 在 Consensus 大会上表示，美国 SEC 对加密监管的态度正在转变，从过去的“灰色地带就是禁飞区”变为“现在可以在灰色地带建设、获得规模、进行实验而不用担心遭到打击”。
他认为更友好、更具建设性和主动性的 SEC 正在让市场运营商重新获得构建区块链基础设施和代币化资产的自由。Cohen 表示纳斯达克正向“始终在线”的市场基础设施、代币化和人工智能领域投资，推动传统金融与数字资产系统的融合。
他指出传统平台与数字平台之间的互操作性仍是行业最大障碍，客户不希望两套独立基础设施并行运营。纳斯达克正在测试 AI 驱动的匹配引擎模拟系统，用于压力场景建模并支持更长的交易时长。Cohen 认为代币化的本质是让资产“动起来”，使发行方更好地了解股东。
