【大河财立方消息】5月7日消息，在纳斯达克上市的怪兽充电，已完成私有化退市，最后一个交易日为4月28日，最终股价1.195美元/股，市值3.03亿美元。

　　怪兽充电成立于2017年5月，并于2021年4月在纳斯达克上市，成为成为当年备受瞩目的“共享充电第一股”，上市当天市值达到了23亿美元。

　　截至2024年6月末，怪兽充电已构建了包含126.7万个POI（点位）的共享充电网络，累计注册用户数超过4.17亿，向市场投放了950万个在线共享充电宝。

　　今年年初，怪兽充电公告称，收到中信资本旗下信宸资本（Trustar Capital）及其四位管理层发出的私有化交易要约。上述买方团拟以每股1.25美元的价格收购怪兽充电的所有美国存托股票（ADS）。

　　Wind数据显示，截至2025年末，TaobaoChina Holding Limited持有怪兽充电15.06％的股份，为其第一大股东；HILLHOUSEINVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LTD.持股12.30％为第二大股东；Xiaomientities持股9.26％，为第四大股东。
