郑州的这家社区养老服务中心，一年搞活动就超过200场。小高院长说，他在养老院里就收集一种声音，就是老人的笑声。

养老院里有不少失能失智的老人，小高院长先后扮演过医生、军人、交警、老伴儿、女婿……通过角色扮演，他试着去“加入”他们的世界，找到和每位老人沟通的方式，提供个性化照护。

因为父亲老高从事养老行业，高红耀从小很多假期是在养老院度过的，他心里也种下一颗种子。“在养老院里，爱是双向流动的。老人给我的爱，一点不亚于我给他们的爱，每天我也在被治愈。”

高红耀正努力让自己变得更“全能”，学习医疗护理、运动康复、音乐疗愈、心理疏导等，成为了一名“长期照护师”。
