智通财经APP讯，辽港股份(02880)发布公告，于本公告日期，本公司在联交所上市并由公众持有的H股市值约为7.82亿港元，该等H股约占本公司H股所属类别已发行股份(不包括库存股份)总数的3.67%，仍低于上市规则第 19A.28B(2)条所载的最低公众持股量规定。
本公司已积极寻求可行方案以尽快符合最低公众持股量规定，在跟进此前经考虑方案的现时可行性的同时，亦不断探索新的潜在路径。具体而言，本公司所采取的举措包括但不限于持续与H股主要股东群力国际有限公司、布罗德福国际有限公司及大连港集团有限公司沟通，围绕资本市场状况、公司股价表现及市场实践展开讨论，以及联系证券公司及法律顾问等专业顾问，以讨论资本市场市况、有关股份发行或回购注销的境内外法律法规与政策等事项。
本公司已就暂不符合最低公众持股量规定的情形向联交所进行咨询，联交所同意本公司暂时维持过渡期安排以恢复公众持股量以符合最低公众持股量规定，惟本公司需在过渡期内积极寻求可行方案以尽快符合最低公众持股量规定。
