瑞银发布研报称，长和（00001）5日宣布出售其在Vodafone Three的49%股权，作价43亿英镑（约455亿港元）。该行估算，若交易完成，长和的净负债比率可由2025年12月的16.5%改善至9.9%。公司预计将录得47亿港元的出售收益，并计划将现金所得款项主要用于强化资产负债表、为未来业务扩张提供资金以及寻求潜在新投资或收购。
瑞银认为，出售收益可能为股息带来上行空间，预计长和净资产价值（NAV）提升及潜在股息增加，合共可带来每股1.74港元的上行空间。该行给予长和“买入”评级，目标价67港元。
