智通财经APP讯，高伟电子(01415)发布公告，于2026年5月7日(交易时段后)，本公司与LITCL(立景创新科技股份有限公司)订立机器销售协议，据此，本公司将出售而LITCL集团将购买机器，代价为不高于人民币4000万元(可予调整)。
根据LITCL集团要求的规格的机器、设备及╱或辅助组件包括但不限于不同(高)真空镀膜机及设备、激光切割机、高精度芯片键合机以及各种等离子、超音波及离心清洗机器。
光学模组及部件行业的特点在于技术快速演变，且品质要求日益严格。在此背景下，本集团定期检讨其生产设备组合的利用率及技术相关性，以确保其制造能力与其战略目标及其客户一直演变的需求一致。董事会认为出售机器符合本集团对技术进步、营运效率及其产品最高质量标准的承诺，有关出售属于审慎措施，令本集团可优化资源分配、降低与不再为本集团目前生产要求的重点的机器有关的持续维修及相关成本以及将资金重新分配至投资于更先进的生产技术及更高规格的设备，以支持本集团的长期竞争力。出售事项亦确保宝贵及功能性生产资源可被继续高效使用，对本集团及LITCL集团而言属于互惠互利的安排。
