智通财经APP讯，星太链集团(00399)发布公告，本公司针对上市复核委员会决定提出司法复核申请以及针对(其中包括)执行上市复核委员会决定提出临时禁制令救济申请的许可已于2026年5月5日由高等法院进行聆讯，而高等法院不同意授予本公司针对上市复核委员会决定提出司法复核的许可。因此，本公司为(其中包括)暂缓执行上市复核委员会决定而提出的临时禁制令救济申请亦未获批准。
由于中期临时禁制令已届满，且高等法院并未进一步颁令暂缓执行，故应本公司要求，本公司股份将于2026年5月6日(星期三)上午九时正起在联交所暂停买卖。
