三星电子劳资双方已恢复谈判。三星电子工会于8日接受了韩国政府提出的“事后调解”程序。

　　当天，韩国雇佣劳动部京畿地方雇佣劳动厅厅长Kim Do-hyung与三星电子资方、三星集团联合工会（SGUU）三星电子分会委员长Choi Seung-ho等人举行了三方会议。这标志着雇佣劳动部正式介入劳资双方谈判，此举旨在促使劳资双方重启对话。这是自3月18日三星工会决议发动总罢工以来，时隔50天双方的再次接触。

　　在会议上，Kim Do-hyung表示：“政府将全力支援此次谈判”，并建议工会接受事后调解程序，与资方展开对话。“事后调解”是指即使在初次劳资调解结束后，经劳资双方同意，中央劳动委员会可重新启动调解的程序。此前，三星电子劳资双方在2月至3月的调解中未能达成协议，导致调解于3月3日中止。崔委员长对此表示：“鉴于事态的严重性，我们决定参与对话。”

　　事后调解定于5月11日和12日举行。Choi Seung-ho称：“如果事后调解未能得出令人满意的结果，我们将毫不犹豫地展开总罢工。”
