三星电子劳资双方已恢复谈判。三星电子工会于8日接受了韩国政府提出的“事后调解”程序。
当天,韩国雇佣劳动部京畿地方雇佣劳动厅厅长Kim Do-hyung与三星电子资方、三星集团联合工会(SGUU)三星电子分会委员长Choi Seung-ho等人举行了三方会议。这标志着雇佣劳动部正式介入劳资双方谈判,此举旨在促使劳资双方重启对话。这是自3月18日三星工会决议发动总罢工以来,时隔50天双方的再次接触。
在会议上,Kim Do-hyung表示:“政府将全力支援此次谈判”,并建议工会接受事后调解程序,与资方展开对话。“事后调解”是指即使在初次劳资调解结束后,经劳资双方同意,中央劳动委员会可重新启动调解的程序。此前,三星电子劳资双方在2月至3月的调解中未能达成协议,导致调解于3月3日中止。崔委员长对此表示:“鉴于事态的严重性,我们决定参与对话。”
事后调解定于5月11日和12日举行。Choi Seung-ho称:“如果事后调解未能得出令人满意的结果,我们将毫不犹豫地展开总罢工。”
