ChainCatcher 消息，据 Crowdfund Insider 报道，瑞士金融市场基础设施提供商 SIX 已获得瑞士金融市场监督管理局（FINMA）批准，将旗下数字中央证券存管机构（CSD，原 SIX Digital Exchange AG 运营）直接整合至现有 SIX SIS AG 部门。同时，FINMA 还授权 SIX 通过该合并后的中央证券存管机构提供加密货币托管服务。
此前 SIX 多年来分别为传统市场和基于区块链的资产维护独立基础设施，本次整合消除了这一界限，形成单一平台支持跨资产类别的端到端交易后业务。金融机构可在 FINMA 监管框架下，使用与股票、债券等传统工具相同的安全体系管理加密货币托管。
SIX 证券服务主管兼执行委员会成员 Rafael Moral Santiago 表示，目标是为金融机构提供进入数字资产的单一安全入口，将创新与现有系统的稳定性相结合。该举措是 SIX 在 2030 年前打造覆盖欧洲全面交易后解决方案长期规划的一部分。
SIX 总部位于瑞士，为约 120 家金融机构所有，业务涵盖交易所、交易后服务、金融信息及支付基础设施。
