Calamos投资公司宣布，旗下封闭式基金Calamos动态可转债与收益基金（CCD）将进行月度股息派发。
根据公司公告，CCD基金将于2026年5月21日向股东派发每股0.195美元的现金股息，股权登记日及除息日均为5月14日。该派息方案与基金长期以来的月度派息水平保持一致，数据显示，自2022年以来CCD基金一直维持每股0.195美元的稳定月度派息。
CCD基金成立于2015年3月27日，是一家多元化封闭式管理投资公司。基金的投资目标是通过资本增值和当期收益相结合的方式实现总回报。根据公开披露信息，基金通常将至少80%的管理资产投资于可转换证券和收益型证券组合。
截至2026年3月31日，CCD基金净资产约为5.82亿美元，管理资产总额约9.03亿美元。从股息构成来看，2026年5月派息中，约0.1004美元来自短期资本收益，约0.0946美元来自资本返还。基金整体投资组合中约85%配置于可转债，信息技术行业占比最高，达36.7%。
分析人士指出，在当前市场环境下，可转债兼具债券的防御属性和股票的上涨弹性，此类基金对于寻求稳定收益的投资者具有一定配置价值。
