智通财经APP讯，长光辰芯(03277)发布公告，整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)于2026年5月8日悉数行使招股章程所述的超额配股权，涉及合共979.41万股H股，占全球发售项下可供认购的发售股份总数(于超额配股权获行使前)的约15.0%。因超额配股权获行使而将予发行的H股(超额配股权股份)将由本公司按每股H股39.88港元配发及发行。超额配股权股份将用于促成向承配人交付部分H股，该等承配人已同意延迟交付彼等根据全球发售所认购的相关H股。
