美国检察官今年披露了一起违规转运 AI 半导体的涉案计划，超微公司联合创始人被指与一家未具名东南亚企业及多名第三方经纪人合作，绕过美国贸易规则，将相关芯片 diverted 出境。
据悉，检察官在披露中未点名的这家东南亚企业（仅称 “公司 1”），正是泰国 OBON 公司。该公司作为泰国本土参与国家 AI 项目的关键主体，此次涉嫌违规走私，或对区域 AI 产业合作及相关贸易规则执行产生影响。目前，相关涉案细节仍在进一步披露中，此次事件也凸显了全球先进 AI 芯片贸易监管的复杂性。
