智通财经APP讯，山东新华制药股份(00719)发布公告，近日，山东新华制药股份有限公司(以下简称“新华制药”或“本公司”)收到国家药品监督管理局核准签发的盐酸苄丝肼(以下简称“本品”)《化学原料药上市申请批准通知书》。
2024年9月，新华制药向国家药品监督管理局CDE递交盐酸苄丝肼境内生产化学原料药上市申请注册申报资料并获受理， 2026年5月获得《化学原料药上市申请批准通知书》，审评结论为批准生产本品。
盐酸苄丝肼是一种外周脱羧酶抑制药物，与左旋多巴联合应用制成复方制剂“多巴丝肼”，国家药监局批准的多巴丝肼有两种剂型：多巴丝肼片和多巴丝肼胶囊，多巴丝肼片用于治疗帕金森病、症状性帕金森综合症（脑炎后、动脉硬化性或中毒性），但不包括药物引起的帕金森综合症。多巴丝肼胶囊用于帕金森病、帕金森综合症。
本品制剂属于《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2025年)》甲类品种。根据相关统计数据，2025年中国公立医疗机构多巴丝肼相关制剂销售额约为人民币14亿元。
