消息面上，津上机床中国此前公布，预期截至3月底年度纯利约人民币10.94亿元，同比增加约40%。公告称，AI液冷、半导体等新兴领域的快速发展，对高精度、自动化、复合化机床设备的需求持续提升，成为本公司业绩增长的主要驱动力。
国投证券指出，AI 算力快速膨胀带动数据中心功耗密度不断攀升，液冷取代风冷成为数据中心冷却系统首选方案。冷板式冷却方案应用占比最大，液冷板、快接头等高价值量环节的加工需求有所增加，对加工设备的精度、效率和稳定性提出更高要求。建议关注津上机床中国。
