ANI Pharmaceuticals (ANIP) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Friday of $2.05 per diluted share, up from $1.70 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.30.
Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $237.5 million, up from $197.1 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $207.6 million.
The company said it now expects full-year 2026 adjusted diluted EPS to be between $9.19 and $9.69, compared with its previous guidance for $8.83 to $9.34. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $9.07.
Full-year 2026 net revenue is now projected at $1.08 billion to $1.14 billion, up from its previous range of about $1.06 billion to $1.12 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.09 billion.
The company also said it is launching a $100 million share buyback program that will run through May 2029.
Shares of the company were up 4.6% in pre-bell trading.
