5月8日金融一线消息，民生银行发布公告称，该行于2026年5月7日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于黄红日民生银行首席合规官任职资格的批复》（金复〔2026〕237号），核准黄红日担任该行首席合规官的任职资格。根据相关规定，黄红日自任职资格核准之日起就任民生银行首席合规官。
简历显示，黄红日，1972年出生，现任民生银行副行长，兼任民生金融租赁股份有限公司董事长。黄红日曾任民生银行公司银行部信息与规划中心处长、能源金融事业部市场总监、南宁分行行长、公司银行部总经理、公司与投资银行事业部公司业务战略规划部总经理、广州分行行长、信贷管理部总经理、授信审批部总经理。黄红日获得湖南大学国际金融专业硕士学位，现为经济师。
