挪威浮式油气生产解决方案提供商BW Offshore已与Catcher油田合作伙伴达成协议，修订其BW Catcher浮式生产储卸装置的合同，将协议延长至2030年12月31日，并设有正负六个月的浮动窗口。

　　修订后的协议取代了此前包含单方面一年期续约选择权的结构，取而代之的是一个明确的合同终止框架。

　　该公司表示，修订自2026年2月1日起生效，预计将从该日期起增加BW Offshore的确定运营现金流积压订单约4.9亿美元。

　　更新后的结构还为BW Offshore提供了更清晰的合同终止日期，使公司能够积极为这艘FPSO寻找潜在的重新部署机会。

　　BW Catcher的储油能力为65万桶，日处理能力为6万桶。该FPSO的设计寿命为20年不间断运行。

　　BW Offshore首席执行官Marco Beenen表示，公司正在加强BW Catcher的长期商业框架，增加实质性的现金流可见性，同时提高其营销该装置以抓住未来机会的能力。Catcher FPSO是一艘高规格、适应恶劣环境的资产，使其成为极具价值的可重新部署装置。在当前强劲的FPSO市场中，增强的合同清晰度和灵活性是随时间推移释放额外价值的关键驱动力。

　　根据修订后的条款，各方同意相当于当前光船租赁日费率10%的折扣，以抵扣运维日费率的方式执行。该协议还引入了自2028年起修订的生产费率结构，包括与现行油价挂钩的上限，同时维持现有费率框架。
