这家总部位于弗吉尼亚州麦克莱恩的公司计划以每股4美元的价格发行380万股，筹集1500万美元。
Veri Medtech 在多个州提供线上及线下咨询服务。该公司运营着 Veriheal 平台，目前已完成超过 40 万名患者的审批，并在现有市场中占据约 5% 的份额;此外，它还运营着 DosePop 平台，专注于减重、多动症(ADHD)、皮肤病学、抗衰老及性健康等领域的直接面向消费者的数字化健康业务。
Veri Medtech控股成立于2017年，截至2025年12月31日的12个月内实现营收1100万美元。公司计划以股票代码“VRHI”在纳斯达克上市，Network 1 Financial Securities 是此次交易的独家账簿管理人。
