消息面上，中教控股近日发布截至2月底中期业绩，收入37.92亿元人民币，同比增长3.24%；公司拥有人应占利润7.57亿元，同比减少21.72%。汇丰环球研究报告指出，中教控股上半年业绩收入及利润率均逊预期，收入同比仅增长3%，低于该行预期，主要受学生及家长偏好转变、公立院校竞争加剧及宏观环境挑战影响。期内股东应占纯利同比下跌22%，主要受累于行政开支及实际税率上升。
