路透5月8日 - 据彭博新闻周五援引知情人士报道，一家与泰国国家人工智能$(AI)$计划有关联的公司涉嫌协助将价值数十亿美元、搭载Nvidia(辉达/英伟达) NVDA.O 先进芯片的Supermicro(美超微/超微科技) SMCI.O 服务器走私至中国。
报道补充称，阿里巴巴9988.HK 是这些服务器的终端客户之一。
今年3月，美国检方在一宗刑事案件中称，联合创始人Liaw曾指示一家未具名的东南亚公司购买配备Nvidia芯片的服务器，且该公司在2024年至2025年间共采购了价值25亿美元的服务器。
彭博援引消息人士的话称，检方所称的这家未具名东南亚公司（代号“公司1”）是总部位于曼谷的OBON Corp.
