智通财经APP获悉，中国圣牧(01432)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.25%，报0.34港元，成交额980.8万港元。
消息面上，5月7日晚，现代牧业及中国圣牧联合公布，有关现代牧业提出可能强制有条件现金要约以收购中国圣牧全部股份，其中一项先决条件已达成。于昨日，现代牧业就购股协议及要约拟进行交易取得国家市场监督管理总局的反垄断批准。购股协议预期将于5月22日或之前完成。
去年10月30日，现代牧业宣布斥3752万港元增持中国圣牧1.28%股权，而蒙牛奶业把所持中国圣牧24.9%股权的表决权授予现代牧业，现代牧业按例向中国圣牧提出可能强制有条件现金要约，每股要约价0.35港元，比前一日收报0.305港元溢价14.75%。
