　　中国能源新闻网（记者 衣韵潼）4月30日，中国华能集团有限公司首个控股建设的大型压水堆核电项目、海南自贸港首个“华龙一号”核电项目——华能海南昌江核电二期项目3号机组获生态环境部颁发运行许可证，开始装载首炉核燃料，标志着该机组首次开启带核调试。

　　“装料”是指将全新的核燃料组件装入反应堆压力容器中，是核电机组并网发电前的关键节点。为确保压水堆首炉首次装料全过程安全可控，华能昌江核电公司立足堆芯工况特点，多次开展作业推演，优化操作流程，全面排查安全风险，严守核安全底线。

　　华能昌江核电二期项目采用我国自主知识产权“华龙一号”三代压水堆核电技术，规划建设两台120万千瓦核电机组，建成后年发电量可达180亿千瓦时，每年节约标煤632.6万吨、减排二氧化碳1168万吨，是海南自贸港建设以来最大的电力工程投资项目。
