此次重启的 “正常发行人回购计划”（NCIB）已完成续期，根据计划，黑莓可回购至多 2678.5 万股普通股，这一数量约占截至 4 月 30 日流通股的 4.58%。据悉，截至 4 月 30 日，黑莓已发行普通股 5.8606 亿股。
该回购计划将于 2027 年 5 月 12 日正式启动，预计在 2027 年 5 月 11 日或更早完成。
